    1. What is Pinhole Pro?

      Pinhole Pro is a free service for professional photographers that allows you to earn money in two ways: 1) creating products using Pro Studio and selling them to your clients or 2) for your DIY clients, use our shoot & burn solution to earn commission when your clients build and buy products at Pinhole Press.

    2. What are your contest rules and regulations?

Eligibility: Pinhole Pro Twitter, Facebook, Wildfire and Email-based promotions, which may include random drawings or “first to respond contests,” (the “Sweepstakes”) are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who are followers of http://twitter.com/PINHOLEPRO, fans of Pinhole Pro on Facebook and/or Pinhole Pro email subscribers. How to Enter: At the beginning of the Promotion Period, Pinhole Pro will post a tweet to the Feed, post to Facebook or send an email call for entries.  On Twitter, contestants will be asked to tweet, retweet, or respond to the tweet (as applicable), and include in their post a specific hashtag specified in the tweet announcement of the Sweepstakes so that Sponsor can identify the tweet as part of the Sweepstakes.  On Facebook, contestants will be asked to comment, share or like a contest post. By email, contestants will be required to enter a formal contest via a Wildfire microsite or Facebook app. Doing this will generate one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  Any participant who posts after the close of the Promotion Period will not be given an entry into the Sweepstakes.  Limit: Each participant may obtain only one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the Twitter or Facebook account.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Twitter or Facebook accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the entire Sweepstakes.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.  In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Twitter or Facebook  account used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

      7. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

    1. Does it cost anything to sign up for Pinhole Pro?

      Becoming a Pinhole Pro Photographer is FREE. There is no sign-up charge or monthly fee.

    2. What format should my images be in for printing?

      Pro Studio software accepts the JPEG format (.JPG or .JPEG) in the sRGB color space.  For best results, the resolution of images should be at least 300 dpi for the size the image is printed at.

    3. I already have a Lab, how is Pinhole Pro different?

      Pinhole Pro is exclusively high quality press printed products. Our unique products, quality paper and modern designs separates us from your lab.

    1. How do I get my Pinhole Pro custom product featured?

    1. Do I need to do anything to activate my account?

      Becoming a Pinhole Pro is simple. Just log onto PinholePro.com and register for a free account. From your account you can download our Pro Studio application or copy your unique link to share with clients.

    2. How do I change my account information?

      You can change your account information by logging into PinholePro.com and navigating to the My Account page

    3. I forgot my username or password. What can I do?

      If you forgot your username or need any assistance, please contact the Pinhole Pro team at info@PinholePro.com or call 800-248-0245. To recover your password, go to the 'Forgot Password' button underneath the login.

    4. How do I submit my tax-exempt certificate?

      We are required to collect tax from anyone that does not have a tax exempt certificate on file. If you have a tax-exempt certificate please send it to us in an email customerservice@pinholepress.com. Once we receive your certificate, you will no longer be charged tax in Pro Studio and we will refund the tax charged on previous orders.

    5. How do I change my credit card information in Pro Studio?

      To change your billing credit card for Pro Studio, log into your Pinhole Pro account at PinholePro.com. Click on “My Account” to access your personal information. Select “Billing Information” and proceed to update your credit card information.

    6. What if I forgot my photographer code?

      You can obtain your photographer code for Shoot & Burn by signing into your account at PinholePro.com and going to the My Account homepage

    3. Where can I turn off pricing for Pro Studio?

      You can turn off pricing in Pro Studio if you have a client viewing a project with you in-studio. To turn off pricing, open Pro Studio and proceed to the View menu at the top left hand side of your screen.  When you click on the View menu, “Pricing” will be one of the options. When you click on “Pricing” a check mark will toggle on and off.

    5. Where are your products made?

      Pinhole Pro and Pinhole Press products are produced in the United States. Our paper is manufactured by Mohawk Fine Papers, an EPA green power partner.

    6. How do I return an order?

      We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us at 800-404-9518 within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout).

      In the case of a Pinhole Pro error, be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards a future purchase or a complete exchange.

      If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.   • Royalty Information 3 Questions

    1. When are commissions paid?

      If you earn $50 or more in a month, you will receive a payment directly into your back account at the end of that month. If you do not earn more than $50 in commission, you will be paid at the end of the calendar year. You will always be paid out the balance of your Shoot & Burn commission earnings at the end of each calendar year.

    2. How do I get charged for orders?

      You can input your credit card information when registering for Pro Studio or you will be asked for it when you place your first order using the Pro Studio application.

    3. How are commissions paid?

      If you use the Shoot & Burn solution for your DIY clients, we'll need you to fill out the My Commission section so we can pay you. Anytime you log in at PinholePro.com, you will be able to see your orders.

  • Shipping 3 Questions

    1. Can I drop ship an item?

      Yes, in the checkout screen of Pro Studio, fill in the address that you want the product to ship to. We do not brand the packaging and no invoice is included.

    2. What are your turnaround times?

      Every Pinhole Pro product is custom made to order; so we need time to create your product prior to shipping it. We begin the printing process within 30 minutes of receiving your order, and begin assembly on the first day after the order is placed. In order to maintain our high standards of quality we take great care when doing this, which means that sometimes orders take slightly more time to process prior to being shipped.

      We ship all of your products in one order together. For instance, if you order cards and a book, we will wait until your book is complete before we ship your order.
